David Polevoy
President
David joined CUBS in 2008. He combines hands-on experience in commercial real estate with prior work in engineering, business operations and finance, to create loan structures that help borrowers succeed. He has a bachelor of science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a member of REGA and of Georgia State University Department of Real Estate Honorary Board.
Holly Melnyk
VP - Commercial Underwriting
Holly joined CUBS in 2016. She is responsible for underwriting commercial mortgages, overseeing financial analysis, evaluation of repayment capacity, risk assessment, and credit presentation. She brings more than 25 years of financial services experience spanning commercial lending, treasury and cash management services.
Mike Stone
Loan Officer
Mike joined CUBS in 2023 following a 26 year career in business and real estate finance with national banks and credit unions covering underwriting, loan approval, and relationship management. He has a BA from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
Eileen Feliz
Commercial Loan Administrator
Eileen joined CUBS in 2026. She is responsible for coordinating the administrative and closing requirements for commercial real estate loans, working closely with borrowers, attorneys, lenders, and third-party vendors to facilitate successful transactions..
LaTicia Heard
Commercial Loan Servicer
Ensures the agreement between borrower and lender is upheld through recurring processes including escrow disbursements, proof of insurance, collection of annual compliance documents, monthly ACH payments, monthly financial reporting, and year-end close out for tax reporting purposes.
Leah Park
Underwriter
Leah joined CUBS in 2022 and is responsible for underwriting commercial mortgages, including financial analysis, evaluation of repayment capacity, risk assessment, and credit presentation. She brings 9 years of financial services experience spanning commercial underwriting and banking. She graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Business.
Chris Song
Underwriter
Chris joined CUBS in 2021 and is responsible for underwriting commercial mortgages. Prior to joining CUBS, Chris worked for a regional bank, where commercial lending was also a primary area of focus. Chris earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of the South–Sewanee.
Marisa Wentzel
Commercial Loan Administrator
Marisa joined CUBS in 2026. She is responsible for coordinating administrative requirements for a successful loan servicing and funds disbursement. Marisa is an administrative and client service professional with over 30 years’ experience in Real Estate finance.
